Attendees of the conference have various accommodation options available to them. Below is some useful information to help plan your travel and choose a place to stay.

Ahmednagar Railway Station is one of the central stations in India and is well connected to all major Indian cities through the railway network. The conference venue is 19 km from Ahmednagar Railway Station. You can reach the conference by booking a car or auto.

Shirdi Airport is approximately 74 km away, and Pune Airport is 125 km from the conference venue. State transport buses with good frequency are available.

Ahmednagar bus stands are 10 to 14 km from the conference venue.

• Shirdi Bhakt Nivas (75 km / 2 hours travel) Upto INR 800 per day

VISA

• International authors willing to attend the conference in-person need to apply for VISA.
• After registration such author can contact us for further assistance.
• Invitation Letter: A Letter of Invitation is a proof for conference registration and attendance application. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa. Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been confirmed. And it will be sent by e-mail. For those who require a visa, please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. The process length varies from individuals, you're strongly advised to start your application as soon as you can.Should your application be denied, we cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
